You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us, Fanzeal (Email: info@fanzeal.com), of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the sample revocation form available hereinafter, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

If you withdraw from the contract, Fanzeal shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, Fanzeal will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the right of revocation shall also expire if Fanzeal has commenced performance of the contract after the consumer:

a) has expressly consented to Fanzeal commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the revocation period, and

b) has confirmed their knowledge that by giving their consent, they lose their right of revocation upon the commencement of the performance of the contract.
